Its ok to cheat a little on the pull-ups, push-ups on this workout are strict., thigh and chest to the floor. Moderate weight on the kettle bell swings someone with experience will be going heavy on the swings. Squats are done with good form.

What is Cross Training: "The goal is improving overall performances. It takes advantage of the particular effectiveness of one training method to negate the shortcomings of another. Sports and fitness involves combining exercises to work various parts of the body. Often one particular activity works certain muscles groups, but not others; our goal aims to eliminate this imbalance.
