1-on-1 Training: A single individual guided by a professional instructor through a planned and coordinated workout session.
Semi Private Personal Training: Semi private group, typically between 6-8 people per session. Each person receives the direction of a personal trainer for each training sessions.
Gym & Equipment Use: Serve clients who do not have any known medical conditions and want to learn more about healthy eating practices.
Every 14 day food counseling which can be done individually or as a group with a nutrition coach.
Unlimited use of all gym and cardio equipment during open hours.
